In September 2017, JM Family Enterprises made a pledge to the City of Deerfield to fund and support the creation of the Deerfield Beach Economic Development Council.

JM Family has made a significant impact in the communities where their associates live and work and is a long-term supporter of the Deerfield Beach Economic Development Council.

Meet the Leadership Team

The members of the Deerfield Beach EDC are proud to be both business owners in Deerfield Beach.

Collectively, they have lived in Deerfield Beach for a combined total of 100 years, have a total of more than 1,000 local employees, and represent a combined 2017 local revenue of more than $250 million. In the last five years, they have invested more than $30 million in capital improvements in Deerfield Beach, and expect to invest another $60 million in the next five years. They also are seasoned and experienced non-profit leaders, with more than a combined 100 years as board members of various non-profit organizations.
